Appointment Cancellation Policy
At NP Velora, we’re committed to providing every client with exceptional service. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it impacts other clients and our team. Please review our policy below:
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged a fee.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
- Late Cancellation/No Show Fee: $50-$200 depending on scheduled service
- Fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
- In some cases, a late arrival may be considered a no-show.
